I embarked on my acupuncture journey at the age of 17, driven by the need to find relief from a chronic illness that had been affecting my life. The treatments I received not only helped me regain a sense of normalcy, but they also had a profound, lasting impact on me. This experience sparked my curiosity about acupuncture and how it could be a source of healing for others.

To explore this newfound passion, I pursued a degree in wellness and alternative medicine as an undergraduate, where I was introduced to diverse perspectives on health and the body. It was here that I truly began to understand the vast potential of holistic healing. By the time I completed my program, acupuncture had firmly established itself as the path I wanted to follow.

My next step led me to the New England School of Acupuncture, where I was determined to absorb as much knowledge as possible. I delved into Chinese, Japanese, and orthopedic acupuncture, along with Chinese herbal medicine. Each approach provided me with a unique lens through which to view healing, making me a more well-rounded and adaptable practitioner.

Since graduating, I’ve had the privilege of teaching acupuncture as adjunct faculty, and running my own practice, where I get to work with people from all walks of life, helping them overcome a wide range of conditions. Whether it’s pain management (such as joint pain, back and neck pain, sciatica, migraines), anxiety, digestive issues, allergies, or other health challenges, I draw upon every piece of my education and experience to craft personalized treatment plans that deliver real results.

Additionally, my ongoing education in oncology care has allowed me to support cancer patients in their healing journeys, something that has been incredibly rewarding. With each patient I see, I’m reminded of the powerful impact acupuncture can have on not just the body, but the mind and spirit as well.
